Our first plant medicine circle of the new year is coming up!
We will be sitting on Friday, Jan. 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Wild Foliage space at 3880 S.E. Brooklyn St.
As always, we will be hosting a small group, plant-based meditation featuring one of many Pacific Northwest plant medicines: red alder! There will be a short meditation, followed by a sharing circle and some information about the plant.
Please sign up or rsvp via email if you’re interested in joining us – we would love to have an accurate headcount so we can prepare accordingly. Also, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Here are a few things to know:
- We’re asking for a sliding scale contribution of $5 to $20 to help offset the cost of the space and the tinctures.
- Make sure to wear something comfy! Pillows will be provided, but feel free to bring your own meditation pillow or whatever else you need to be comfortable.
- The Wild Foliage space is in the basement of the St. Paul Lutheran Church. Somebody will be at the door in the parking lot a few minutes before 7 to let folks in. Please make sure to notify us if you will be arriving after 7pm. the doors will be locked by 7:15pm.
